Working as an Account Executive for such major wireless carriers as AT&T Wireless, T-Mobile and Sprint for over 20 years, Robert Cona has developed a unique expertise in billing. In 2005 Mr. Cona launched Cell Phone Consultants (CP Consultants). Today the firm has a base of over 75 active business accounts, many of which are original clients. Mr. Cona oversees the monthly auditing of client invoices, carefully pruning monthly fees and costs.
Mr. Cona obtained his Bachelor's Degree from St. John's University. In 2007 Mr. Cona created a partnership with John Rossi, the founder and principal owner of Teletech Associates, Inc. - launched by Mr. Rossi in 1992.
Mr. Rossi has over 25 years of telecom experience, with particular expertise in product management, tariffs, and regulatory policy. Mr. Rossi has also conducted numerous sales training sessions; clients have included Verizon, AT&T and Cablevision. Mr Rossi holds a Bachelor's Degree from St. John's University and earned his Master's Degree from New York University.
Mr. Rossi is a member of the New York State School Boards Association and served from 2004 - 2010 on the Board of Education in North Merrick, New York. In 2007, Mr. Rossi campaigned for the Nassau County Legislature. Mr. Rossi is very active in the parish of Sacred Heart - serving as trustee on the Finance Council.
Mr. Rossi's son Matthew, a key staff member, holds a B.A. in Economics from Boston University. Matthew is currently serving in the AmeriCorp program. Mr. Cona and Mr. Rossi are proud of Matt's commitment to public service and will welcome his return to the firm in 2011.
Mr. Robert Fritz anchors the day-to-day operations of the office. Mr. Fritz "wears many hats" - providing customer service support, creating marketing materials and managing numerous administrative tasks.
TeleTech/CP Consultants maintains a modest staff and office located at 28 Merrick Avenue in Merrick, New York, just a few miles east of New York City.
